I have been following the Google Panda / Google Farmers updates from the past week or so and have been looking into a few topics that i want to talk about, so starting my research and getting all the articles together i came across something very interesting, something that link builders (the none spammers) can stand up and shout out about.
We are not all that bad and we are not all Filipino contractors that spam the whole www for some satisfaction every month, some of us are hot and attractive and know what we are doing, we are real business people with a more networking like mind.. (i make us sound good because we are that awesome..... yes) Looking to place that little more ethanol in SERPs, fueling up the complete SEO Strategy of websites - now my point behind the post is that the Google Panda update might just bring light to the end of the tunnel for us, after all these years trying to show to the world that link building is not that bad and link spammers are the assholes behind the sense we can finally show face.

So what is Google' Panda doing for us now?
1. Its making those ugly sites disappear, yes the ones that some of the; quote "best link building companies in the world" are using will now just go away. (no im not going to call names but know that there are a few of them.) Question is how do i know this right? - well pretty easy. go to link building services on Google then go to "clients" on your chosen website then look into those websites and the links thats being obtained for them, it is so shocking that you will want to report them. Horrible to see how many websites are out there still ranking from bad unrelated links. Well boys i have news for you (and chicks, for the seochicks.com that will be reading hahah) .. those sites are falling away and it is about time.
I think one amazing thing came from the Google Panda update and that is site quality now applies to WEBSITES, its not about your content anymore and if your footer navigation looks acceptable or not, its now time to have things perfect - no perfection = no rankings. I read an article about ways to waste money on SEO by SearchEngineJournal.com and there is so much truth in there, one thing that got stuck in my mind is that "SEO is not website window dressing" "and its not something you slap on" it is a process and it needs to be created from start to finish. (going off the point, it happens).
2. Link Building strategies will change - well just look at that. how many times have Google said watch out for this and watch out for that but nothing ever happened. Well i think the Google Panda is going to make it happen - if it is not related then why are you linking it?
3. Clever link builders like Todd Malicoat ( i have been watching some of your webinars and they are really interesting) will now be able to stand out from the rest, its becoming more about the best and not the rest (spammers). Link building will finally become a smile upon and not a frown upon and a massive Amen to that.
Then my last point.. i think by now you more or l.ess understand that i think the Google Panda update is making a good change so im not going to elaborate on all the Technical SEO jargon here, keep it short and simple.
Link Development will now be a good foot in the door and Link Building will be something of the past. We can now develop links and keep things SEO friendly. With link developers that will stick to the guidelines and that will HAVE to listen to search engines - in my mind this creates better results for users, (because the biggest problem at this point is not finding what you want, if you sit and think about this carefully a big role is played by the huge amount of irrelevant links pointing in all fucking directions and i can just imagine what that Spider feels like, poor bloody thing)
So this is me being very happy about the Google Panda update with some thoughts behind it, so after starting my research today a technical Link Development follow up will go hand in hand with this and the Google Panda :) .. But first - whats your thoughts ?

I think it's great that Google is trying to combat these content farms. The only problems is that not all of the content is bad. I've read good articles on sites like Associated Content and Ezine, so it's unfair to punish everyone.
Hi Nick
Most definatly i agree with you on that, there are so many good sites that was affected by the Panda which i think is wrong, and if you look back at the updates of about Monday or Tuesday - Google noticed this and didn't want to admit it but they are "putting measurements" in place so that everyone gets affected "fairly"
There is good and bad from this update and quite a few eye openers. I think it is one of the most interesting updates that Google has brought to the paper.
Thanks for the comment, great to hear your input.
